About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced AI Developer to join our remote development team. You will initially fix and complete an existing AI module, and then lead development of a smart AI-powered financial tool. This is a time-sensitive contract, and the entire scope of work must be completed by the due date.
Your Responsibilities:
Phase 1 – Fix Existing AI Module (Patient Data Import)
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in an existing AI system that reads PDFs containing patient/resident medication lists and imports them into our CCMS eMAR system.
- The current module uses OCR and NLP to extract data but has issues with JSON generation and full data population.
- You’ll review the code, optimize it, and ensure complete and accurate data mapping into our platform.
Phase 2 – AI-Powered Expense Tracker (50% completed – you will finish the remaining 50%)
- The app accepts CSV or Excel files containing income and expense lists.
- It uses AI to analyze, categorize, and populate data into the system.
- You’ll extend it with additional logic,, automation, reporting features, and user accessibility controls—including role-based access, data management tools, and workflows to approve new client onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, including OCR and NLP.
- 6+ years of hands-on Python development.
- Solid understanding of PDF processing, JSON structure, and AI-based data extraction.
- Experience integrating AI into production systems.
- Must provide proof of experience: portfolio, live links, or references.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with our remote team.
- Must be able to complete the full scope of work by the due date.
