AI Engineer - Contract Role - Immediate Start!
Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London) | 6-Month Rolling Contract | £750–850pd
We’re working with a global leader in the energy sector looking for an AI Engineer to join their team and work on exciting projects focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
This role is perfect for someone experienced in building and deploying LLM-powered applications and integrating them into cloud environments.
This role will be hybrid in London, with the requirement of being on-site 2-3 days per week.
Technical Skillset:
• Python
• Experienced with LLMs, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
• Azure (ideally) cloud experience
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Docker, or Terraform
• API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral)
Ideally:
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant)
• Knowledge of SQL and Pandas
• Experience with RAG pipelines or other GenAI use cases (chatbots, copilots, document summarisation, Q&A, content generation)
• Domain experience: Oil & Gas / Shipping & Trading / ETRM
