Role description
Our national clients are looking for people with all-round PIGMENT SOFTWARE Solutions skills to join their team on a CONTRACT basis to work remotely with everything related to PIGMENT SOFTWARE into various new clients.
Skills Required
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS PIGMENT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
A vital addition to the team, the role will include designing, configuring and implementing PIGMENT Solutions in collaboration with a team of functional and technical consultants. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following:
β’ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing PIGMENT SOFTWARE in diverse business environments.
β’ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PIGMENT SOFTWARE platform.
β’ Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning, demand planning, and other xP&A processes.
β’ Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
β’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
β’ Superior written and verbal communication skills
β’ Creativity and problem-solving ability with a can-do attitude
β’ A Grenadier attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the DEVELOPMENT and integration of PIGMENT SOFTWARE solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, sometimes working alongside other PIGMENT Consultants.
β’ Customize and configure PIGMENT templates, reports, and workflows to meet client requirements.
β’ Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to drive adoption of PIGMENT.
β’ Troubleshoot issues and provide expert support to resolve PIGMENT related challenges.
β’ Work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and recommend improvements using PIGMENT.
β’ Assist with data migration, ensuring accurate and efficient transfers to the PIGMENT platform.
β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support post-implementation.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of PIGMENT SOFTWARE solutions and services.
