Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the AI research industry, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of a department supporting AI research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization. AI Machine Learning Engineer REMOTE – must be EST 3 Month Contract, possible extension based on performance What's the Job? • Review and correct machine learning engineering code generated by large language model (LLM) agents with expert precision. • Provide detailed annotations to guide the training and improvement of AI agents, enhancing code quality, efficiency, and correctness. • Design and develop tools, methods, and infrastructure to advance the capabilities of large language models. • Collaborate with AI researchers to identify and address common failure modes in AI-generated code. • Contribute to building and refining workflows for agent annotation and evaluation. What's Needed? • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, or related fields. • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Experience working with large language models and providing expert feedback. • Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex AI code. • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.
