Role description
As an Sr Developer, you will:
· Work on cutting-edge projects in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI (Gen AI).
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered solutions for business-critical applications.
· Collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to push the boundaries of AI technology.
· Contribute to the architecture and scaling of AI systems and applications, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
· Drive the implementation of Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies to create intelligent workflows.
· Lead initiatives involving LLM training and the development of powerful AI models.
· Work with modern search technologies like BM25, BM42, and NER (Named Entity Recognition) to enhance AI capabilities.
· Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
· Ensure that solutions align with business objectives while focusing on scalability and maintainability.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies, integrating them into solutions where applicable.
Min 5 yrs of experience .
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree (MS in Machine Learning preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
· 3+ years of experience with Python and its libraries for ML, NLP, AI, and Search technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, BM25, etc.).
· 2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud technologies for developing scalable AI solutions.
· 2+ years of experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
· 1+ year of experience with NER (Named Entity Recognition) and search technologies like BM25, BM42, etc.
