Interview Mode : Phone+ Video We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join an innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NLU/NLP and experience designing conversational AI solutions. This role will involve collaboration with voice platform engineers and working on projects that integrate AI with voice and communication systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain ML models for real-world applications. • Apply deep learning and NLP techniques to solve complex problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product stakeholders. • Implement APIs for serving analytical and NLP models using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI. • Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to manage ML workflows. • Participate in proof-of-concept projects and guide technology evaluations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years in AI/ML system design and implementation. • Strong Python programming skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or MXNet. • Experience with LLMs, RAG, or other NLP architectures. • Familiarity with model deployment and modern API frameworks. • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools. • Strong understanding of ML principles including clustering, regression, and model evaluation. Preferred Skills: • Experience with front-end/web technologies. • Knowledge of cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Bedrock). • Background in enterprise-scale ML systems. • Proficiency in SQL and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark). • AI/ML certifications are a plus. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field required. • Advanced degrees or AI/ML certifications preferred.
