Job Summary Our client is looking for a skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models that power scalable, data-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy innovative applications leveraging AI and big data technologies. Responsibilities Design and implement machine learning algorithms for applications like natural language processing and data mining. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Build and maintain robust data pipelines using tools like Hadoop and Spark. Optimize database design for efficient storage and retrieval. Develop scalable applications using Python, Java, or C. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate based on results. Document model development processes for reproducibility and transparency. Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and big data technologies. Experience Proven experience (3+ years) in machine learning engineering or related fields with a strong grasp of AI concepts. Proficiency in Python, Java, C, and familiarity with Bash (Unix shell). Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and libraries such as R or SAS for statistical analysis. Strong SQL skills for managing and querying large datasets. Experience with big data technologies (AWS, Hadoop, Spark) in real-world applications. Analytical skills with expertise in data mining to extract insights from complex datasets.
