AI/ML Developer

seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to help turn innovation concepts and ideas into applications by building MVPs to achieve maximum business value. Work with the customers and other enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that support the enterprise goals, implement efficient AI/ML Solutions and leverage use of existing IT assets. Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives. Work to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry standard techniques and best practices. Ideally they are looking for someone with three to five years of experience who's worked on true AI projects. Top Skills Details: • Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • At least three years python coding experience • Python, Bedrock, Sagemaker, AWS • What if candidates have Sagemaker but not Bedrock? • Should be okay, but will also depend on the overall experience. Would like to see people that have done this in their work history • Demonstrable experience with data analysis packages: Pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib • Demonstrable experience with two or more ML packages: scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, Tensorflow • Demonstrable experience with GIT-based source code repositories • Ability to explain a non-trivial body of python code to an interviewer Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Demonstrable experience with python packaging and dependency management, including pip, setup.py, and pyproject.toml • Demonstrable experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS) • Demonstrable experience with building HTTP-based APIs with FastAPI or Flask • Demonstrable experience with calling HTTP-based services via requests • Exposure to MCP • Exposure to LangChain
