Our consultants work on some of the UKβs largest and most complex programmes, driving operational improvement and delivering lasting value to our clients.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Analysts to provide data-driven insight and decision support to a high-profile Defence transformation programme. These roles will play a critical part in enabling effective planning, delivery, and benefits realisation in line with programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across workstreams.
β’ Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
β’ Support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design activities.
β’ Provide evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
β’ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other specialists to ensure accurate data interpretation.
β’ Contribute to performance monitoring and evaluation against programme KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
β’ Proven analytical experience within Defence, Government, infrastructure, or other complex programmes.
β’ Strong skills in data interpretation, visualisation, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
β’ Ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights.
β’ Experience in business analysis, performance measurement, or programme evaluation.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Active SC Clearance.
Contract Details
β’ Duration: 12 months (4 x 3-month stages) β strong potential for extension
β’ Location: Clyde, with hybrid working x2/3 days per week on site.
β’ Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026
