Our consultants work on some of the UKβs largest and most complex programmes, providing critical insight and enabling effective decision-making.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to provide high-quality business and data analysis for a high-profile Defence transformation programme. You will work closely with programme managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex information into actionable insight, ensuring programme objectives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead analytical work to assess programme performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and define reporting needs.
β’ Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and data visualisation tools.
β’ Conduct benefits tracking and evaluation in line with programme targets.
β’ Interpret and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Support decision-making across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
β’ Strong background in business analysis, performance measurement, or programme evaluation.
β’ Skilled in data interpretation, modelling, and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
β’ Proven experience working in Defence, Government, infrastructure, or other complex programme environments.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
β’ Experience producing high-quality reports and actionable recommendations.
β’ ActiveSC Clearance.
Contract Details
β’ Duration: 12 months (4 x 3-month stages) β strong potential for extension
β’ Location: Clyde, hybrid working - 2/3 days per week on site
β’ Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026
