I hope you're doing well today, We are currently recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to work hybrid out of London: Duration: 6–12 months (with potential extensions) Location: London (Hybrid) Rate: Negotiable Client: HCL (on behalf of a major London-based customer) Contract: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: Required Primary Service Ownership: As part of this role, you will be the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for the following Nuance 3P services: • Natural Language Understanding (NLUaaS) • Automatic Speech Recognition (ASRaaS) • CoreTech Fabric • Text-to-Speech (TTSaaS) • Recognizer (NRaaS) Key Responsibilities: • Execute Security Wave work items following detailed procedures. • Manage IcM tickets for 3P services and customer-reported issues. • Support SRE deployments and execute Datapack deployments. • Maintain PCI compliance: evidence collection, segmentation penetration testing, internal vulnerability scans, and change requests. • Analyze logs using Azure Log Analytics. • Create and update secrets in Azure Key Vault. • Monitor SLA dashboards and investigate dips in performance. • Migrate Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) across services. • Conduct synthetic post-deployment testing for 3P services. • Respond to automated alerts and troubleshoot pod failures. • Resolve customer tickets using Grafana and Prometheus. • Create Hydra clients for customers. • Handle ad hoc engineering requests.
