Analytics Engineer

Job Title: Analytics Engineer Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – in office Tues/Wed, remote other days)Schedule: Flexible, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Overview We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and reporting solutions using Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI. This role ensures our data infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and delivers actionable insights to the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support analytics and reporting. Build and optimize datasets, schemas, and queries in Snowflake. Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Troubleshoot data issues and implement best practices. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and IT teams. Document data models, processes, and workflows. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Snowflake (data modeling, query optimization, warehouse management). Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, report building, data modeling). Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Informatica, Talend, etc.). Solid knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with Python or scripting for data engineering. Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
