We are seeking an innovative and experienced Applied Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning projects that will redefine customer engagement.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and implement advanced personalization algorithms to enhance user experiences across various platforms.
β’ Design predictive lead scoring models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
β’ Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale deep learning models.
β’ Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to measure model impact and iterate on solutions.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, production-grade systems.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to research publications and patents.
Skills
β’ PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ 6+ years of applied research experience, or 4+ years with a PhD.
β’ Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade machine learning models.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience deploying deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
β’ Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.
β’ Knowledge of emerging techniques in machine learning, such as federated learning and automated feature engineering.
β’ Experience in personalization and lead scoring analytics.
