Position Description
We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Agentic AI Analyst to work with our client's Agentic AI leadership to turn ideas into plans, data into decisions, and experiments into scaled capabilities. This role blends analysis, product operations, evaluation, governance, and program management to accelerate our enterprise agentic AI roadmap.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Work with agentic AI leadership on generating and preparing content for distribution across departments to communicate concepts, plans
. Produce executive briefings, synthesizing goals, risks, decisions, and next steps
. Convert leadership goals into quarterly OKRs, roadmaps, and dependency maps; maintain RAID logs and status dashboards
. Model ROI/TCO, capacity plans, and unit economics across our agentic footprint (e.g. per-task/per-agent costs); track realized value vs. Forecast
. Support RFPs, vendor pricing analyses, and budget asks with clear assumptions and sensitivity scenarios
. Align work to internal policies and standards with our AI Governance team
. Run agendas, notes, and follow-ups for cross-functional forums (Product, Data/ML, Security, Legal, Finance, Ops)
. Interfacing with our product management team to ensure strategic alignment with day-to-day operational tasks
. Evaluate vendors; manage integrations, SLAs, and issue escalations
. Create playbooks, runbooks, training/FAQ, and internal comms; host office hours and champion networks to drive adoption
. Keep single-source-of-truth docs updated (decisions, designs, metrics, runbooks); ensure versioning and traceability
. Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors in the AI ecosystem
. Ability to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
. Commitment to building responsible AI infrastructure with strong governance and transparency
. May perform other job duties as directed by Leaders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. 3+ years analyst experience working in an analytical role within enterprise technology, consulting, or a financial institution
. Break ambiguous questions into analyzable components; form/test hypotheses . Translate analysis into recommendations, trade-offs, and clear next steps
. Produce executive-ready slides/memos quickly without sacrificing accuracy
. Track record of involvement in solving complex business challenges
. Experience balancing innovation with stability in mission-critical data infrastructure
. Experience in the development and management of KPIs and leading indicators to inform decisions and outcomes Skilled in delegation including being able to portray expectations for tasks clearly
. Experience making critical decisions under uncertainty with limited information
. Success driving initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
. Ability to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
. Ability to communicate clearly complex business needs to leaders, managers, architects, and other technical stakeholders . Ability to quickly master new technologies and evaluate their applicability to existing systems
. Commitment to creating comprehensive product documentation and team knowledge transfer
Education:
. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - BS, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or the equivalent formal training
