About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI TRiSM Lead Consultant to guide enterprise clients through the complexities of AI governance, security, risk, and compliance. This role demands deep expertise in AI Trust, Risk, and Security Management, with a specialized focus on integrating IoT (Internet of Things) and IoT & Blockchain solutions into secure, scalable and trustworthy AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI TRiSM frameworks aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
β’ Develop and enforce policies and controls for AI model governance, data integrity, bias mitigation, and auditability.
β’ Guide clients in integrating IoT and Blockchain technologies securely with AI systems, ensuring interoperability, transparency, and tamper-proofing.
β’ Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for AI-enabled IoT systems and blockchain architectures.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teamsβdata science, IT, cybersecurity, complianceβto ensure cohesive governance strategies.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert on AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001), especially in contexts involving decentralized or edge computing.
β’ Lead client workshops, executive briefings, and technical deep-dives on AI trust, explainability, and lifecycle security.
β’ Oversee incident response planning and risk remediation strategies related to AI models operating within IoT/blockchain environments.
β’ Contribute to RFP responses, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
β’ 10+ years of experience in AI governance, cybersecurity, or risk management.
β’ Proven hands-on expertise in IoT ecosystems (e.g., device lifecycle, edge AI, protocol security).
β’ In-depth understanding of Blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, DLT, zero-knowledge proofs) and their intersection with AI.
β’ Strong knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle management, bias mitigation, and adversarial robustness.
β’ Familiarity with AI risk standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 23894) and privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Must have Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE or Certified AI Auditor
