β’ Support pre-season and in-season forecasting and analysis, focusing on sales, margin, and inventory goals.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to identify inventory opportunities and resolve stock discrepancies.
β’ Develop data-driven recommendations to maximize revenue and profitability.
β’ Utilize your analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Must-Haves:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or a related field.
β’ Experience in merchandise planning, financial analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Business Insights.
β’ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
β’ Familiarity with enterprise planning systems (e.g., JDA, Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.92 to $33.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
