Role description
You enjoy building modern, functional infrastructure.
Not the old-school, patchwork DevOps style. We’re talking proper, cloud-native foundations.
Kubernetes, observability, security-first principles and automation that lets developers move fast without breaking things.
You’ll be joining as a Cloud Engineer for a business scaling their AI-powered SaaS platform who have reliability, compliance and performance at the core of everything they do.
Working alongside engineering leadership, you’ll take the lead in containerisation (Docker + Kubernetes), automated CI/CD pipelines, and deploying workloads across AWS at scale.
You’ll also help shape monitoring, security and cost optimisation frameworks that set the standards for years to come.
You'll get stuck into;
• Designing and deploying containerised services with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, scanning and rollbacks
• Architecting resilient AWS environments across multiple availability zones
So you'll need experience in;
• AWS (architecture and deployments)
• Kubernetes, Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code (Helm, Terraform or similar)
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
This is a short term contract position for 4-8 weeks. You'll need to be in Cardiff 1-2 days a week.
Rates between £350-£430 per day with an immediate start date.
Apply and I'll call you.
