Responsibilities • Design and implement engaging contact flows in AWS Connect, optimizing customer and agent interactions. • Develop Lambda functions to enhance AWS Connect capabilities, integrating with third-party APIs and backend systems. • Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services for efficient data storage, file handling, and chatbot interactions. • Manage AWS API Gateway configurations for secure and efficient API access. • Monitor performance metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities. • Document technical designs and procedures while adhering to best practices and compliance standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide ongoing support. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS Connect infrastructure. Skills • Proficient in AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch. • Strong understanding of contact center operations and telephony integrations. • Experience with programming languages such as React, Python, JavaScript, or Java. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Preferred Skills • AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Master's degree in a related field.
