Join a dynamic team as an AWS Connect Developer, where you'll design and maintain cutting-edge AWS Connect solutions to transform customer experiences. Your expertise will drive innovation in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless integrations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities β€’ Design and implement engaging contact flows in AWS Connect, optimizing customer and agent interactions. β€’ Develop Lambda functions to enhance AWS Connect capabilities, integrating with third-party APIs and backend systems. β€’ Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services for efficient data storage, file handling, and chatbot interactions. β€’ Manage AWS API Gateway configurations for secure and efficient API access. β€’ Monitor performance metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities. β€’ Document technical designs and procedures while adhering to best practices and compliance standards. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide ongoing support. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS Connect infrastructure. Skills β€’ Proficient in AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch. β€’ Strong understanding of contact center operations and telephony integrations. β€’ Experience with programming languages such as React, Python, JavaScript, or Java. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems. β€’ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Preferred Skills β€’ AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer. β€’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. β€’ Master's degree in a related field.
