Role description
Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, In-person interview required)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Overall Experience: 9+ years in IT with at least 5 years of deep AWS development.
Key Must-Haves:
• Local to NJ (no relocation – must attend in-person interview)
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate (Required)
• Hands-on development experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, RDS, etc.)
• Strong coding experience in Node.js / Python
• DevOps pipeline expertise (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeArtifact)
• Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• API development & integration with AWS services
• VPC design, security & compliance experience
• Cloud migration strategy & serverless architecture
Preferred:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
