Role description
AWS DevOps Engineer – Plano, TX (Onsite) | NO C2C
📍 Location: Plano, TX
🏢 Work Mode: On-site from Day 1
⏳ Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
🕐 Working Hours: Standard 8–5
💼 Experience Level: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred, Argo CD).
• Work on deployment and management of AWS services (IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, API Gateway, etc.).
• Implement SecDevOps practices and collaborate with cybersecurity teams.
• Debug Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud-based production systems.
Required Skills (Must-Have):
✅ Hands-on AWS Cloud Engineering (IAM, VPC, EKS, APIGW, CloudFront, etc.)
✅ Strong Terraform (IaC) experience
✅ Solid CI/CD expertise – Git/Argo (GitLab CI preferred)
✅ Hands-on Kubernetes (deployment & debugging)
✅ Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell, Python)
Nice to Have (Preferred):
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Knowledge of secrets management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Familiarity with security scans (SAST, DAST, Prisma Cloud, etc.)
Interview Process:
