Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps practices with a strong focus on AWS tools and services. This is a full-time onsite position at multiple locations in EST and CST zones. We welcome candidates on all visa types (including H1B transfers).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy).
Configure and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
Manage AWS cloud environments ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across cloud infrastructure and pipelines.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to enable smooth application deployment and delivery.
Implement security best practices for cloud resources and DevOps processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on AWS cloud services.
Expertise in AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, ECS, EKS).
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell/Bash, or Go.
Strong understanding of Git workflows and source code management.
Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer β Professional).
Experience with other CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
