Hi We have an urgent role of Azure Cloud Consultant. Must be willing to go onsite 3 days a week. Location: Down town Minneapolis,Minnesota Azure Cloud Consultant Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Azure Cloud Consultant to help a growing enterprise assess, modernize, and scale its cloud and automation ecosystem. This role blends strategy and implementation — evaluating the current Azure environment, identifying inefficiencies, and leading improvements that enhance scalability, performance, and governance. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Azure architecture, automation, and integration, with the ability to collaborate across Software, Data, and AI teams to build systems that support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate the current Azure environment and provide recommendations for modernization and scalability. • Design and implement improvements across Azure services (compute, storage, networking, and data pipelines). • Partner with leaders in Software, Data, and Automation to align technology decisions with business objectives. • Streamline existing automation and workflow processes using Power Platform, Logic Apps, or related tools. • Establish best practices for governance, performance, and cost management within Azure. • Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve environment reliability. • Support integration of enterprise systems (ERP, data, analytics) into a cohesive, scalable architecture. • Provide forward-looking recommendations for system design, workflow automation, and data platform strategy. Preferred Background • 7+ years of experience in Azure cloud architecture, infrastructure, or systems integration. • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize Azure PaaS solutions (e.g., App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, SQL). • Experience in workflow automation, system design, and enterprise integration (API management, event-driven architecture, etc.). • Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, SQL, or Fabric — enough to advise on integration, not necessarily develop. • Working knowledge of DevOps, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), and environment monitoring tools. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to partner with technical and business leaders alike. • Exposure to AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini) or automation technologies (Power Automate, UiPath) a plus.
