Azure cloud infrastructure Remote Long term Contract - Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Azure cloud infrastructure to support business objectives. - Oversee the management and optimization of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse to ensure efficient data processing. - Provide expertise in Databricks administration to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive data-driven insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into existing business processes, improving operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure services, ensuring scalability and reliability of applications. - Implement robust backup and recovery solutions using Azure Backup Infrastructure to safeguard critical data. - Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation, enabling the extraction of valuable insights from datasets. - Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of solutions. - Ensure the security and compliance of data by implementing best practices in cloud architecture and administration. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall efficiency of applications. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of solutions delivered to stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and data management to maintain a competitive edge. - Possess extensive experience in managing and administering Databricks and Azure cloud services. - Demonstrate proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and data manipulation. - Have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is essential. - Familiarity with Oracle SQL and Linux operating systems is highly desirable. - Proven ability to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong leadership and management skills and experience in data management.
