This is a high-impact role where you will design, oversee, and execute the migration roadmap, ensuring seamless transition of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end migration of BI assets from Power BI to Tableau, including dashboards, reports, and data models. • Define and implement best practices for Tableau architecture, governance, and performance optimization. • Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure requirements are met during migration. • Conduct gap analysis between Power BI and Tableau capabilities, recommending solutions to maintain or enhance functionality. • Establish standards for data visualization, security, and scalability in Tableau. • Provide technical mentorship to BI developers and analysts throughout the project. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data integration, visualization, and performance. • Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
