Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Duration: 1 year contract + potential extensions Location: Onsite 3x/week in Camden, NJ Desired Skills & Experience • 6+ years of BA experience • Strong understanding of SDLC including requirements • Experience with Figma to update documentation • Proven experience confidently engaging with stakeholders • Expert knowledge and hands on skills with JIRA Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to support an Agile transformation focused on cloud migration and modernization of legacy applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SDLC, understands Agile and Scrum processes and is comfortable engaging with management and executive level stakeholders. Compensation: $50-60/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
