MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED: Analyze and understand the existing business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements. This will involve conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit comprehensive and accurate requirements. • Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design for the configuration, customization, and overall implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system. Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system. • Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Project management: Experience managing business projects and working with cross- functional teams. • Problem-solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 7+ years of Business Analysis (IT projects) • Strong requirements gathering (interviews, workshops) • Experience with Catalis Benchmark or similar systems • Proficient in writing User Stories, system specs, test cases • Skilled in SQL, BI tools, and data visualization • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills • Experience with process improvement and risk management • CBAP or PMP certification (preferred, not required) • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage testing efforts • Knowledge of technical documentation and system design
