Technical skills: • Methodologies, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, Data Analysis & validation, Power BI, Tableau, SQL,SSIS, Project Management Tools, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Rally, Test Management Tools, ALM, TestRail, Zephyr creating test cases, test scripts, and performing various types of testing are valuable. Tools • Postman, Splunk, Service Now, Miro, MS Visio, Lucid chart Programming skills Basics of Java, python, C++ Roles and responsibilities: • Business analysts gather requirements, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to solve business problems. • They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project goals meet business needs. • A key task is documenting and presenting findings through reports and presentations. • Business analysts help companies implement solutions that drive efficiency and profitability. • They work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment. • Involved in creating business requirements document, functional and non-functional requirements. • Designed and developed test cases. • Communicated with Business Users to identify needs, define project scope, and detail functional and Non-functional requirements. • Gathered and analyses business requirements by facilitating JAD Sessions and PI Planning. • Worked as a liaison between the IT and Business team.
