Role description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us on a 18- month fixed term contract with an excellent salary of £48,697.01 plus some fantastic benefits
As a Business Analyst you will provide Business Analysis and Project Management expertise to deliver solutions in alignment with LHP’s Digital Change Portfolio.
You will need experience using Agile & Waterfall Methodology with strong stakeholder management experience to be considered for this role.
We would highly welcome applications from those that can demonstrate service review experience and have Lean & Agile qualifications.
The role is defined as being flexible under our agile working policy, therefore you will be able to work from wherever is suitable to complete the task at hand. This might be in one of our homes, schemes or estates, at home, in one of our offices located in Boston, Grimsby or another location or somewhere else!

What will I be asked to do as a Business Analyst?
Collaborate with Stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Utilising a broad toolbox of techniques, apply a structured approach to problem definition, be able to measure the current situation in a specific business area, analyse issues and their root causes, define, evaluate improvement initiatives and implementing optimised digital customer experience focused solutions.
Responsible for analysing and interpreting different business situations from a variety of viewpoints and finding creative, workable and cost-effective solutions
Proactively discover and fully understand the ‘as is’ business processes and map out potential improvements/ to-be’ with stakeholders.
Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis and service re-design.
Confidently challenge business requirements to ensure they champion customer experience, improve business efficiency and digital functionality.
Translate functional requirements for customers and colleagues into clear, accurate and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that can be used to develop, test and measure success against.
Act as a partner between the business and the Technology Teams to identify links between the requirements of different departments and the overall Programme Plan and make recommendations on prioritisation of projects and scale of resourcing needs
Project Management skills to coordinate allocated projects, produce project timelines, milestones and schedulesResponsible for providing project reporting, capturing & maintaining project management tools inc RAID, Change, Lessons learnt
What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Business Analyst?
We’re looking first and foremost for someone who shares and demonstrates our values – they are the foundation for everything we do.

Proven track record in delivering digital solutions and new systems.
Extensive experience working in digital transformation programmes where user centred design is a priority
Strong experience having delivered Unified Comms and cloud-based solutions within complex environments
Experience working across a diverse range of technology solutions
Experience overseeing and coordinating all facets of project management, ensuring effective planning, execution and completion while managing resources, timelines & stakeholders expectations
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, using agile principles and confident promoting these ways of working to others.
As this will be an agile working role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and organised.
Intellectually agile and creative; a clear, strategic thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with sensitive information, ensuring complete confidentiality
Contribute to collaborative and effective team working and provide cover for colleagues as required
Builds and maintains strong professional, trusting relationships with business colleagues, senior stakeholders, and IT.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work intuitively
Experience and knowledge across a range of digital and collaborative tools like Miro, JIRA and project planning toolsExperience creating and conducting end-user testing on platforms.
