Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £37,172 - £46,465 (dependant on experience)
Contract: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our Digital team and help us transform the way we work. This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop innovative business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and SharePoint Online, driving efficiency and delivering value across our organisation.
What you’ll do
• Lead on the design, development, and maintenance of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Create seamless, user-friendly applications and workflows that improve business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online is ideal, but we’re also open to graduates with a relevant degree (Computer Science, IT, or similar) who are keen to learn and grow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.
