Location: Remote (must work EST hours)
Contract: 6 months (likely extension to 12 months)

Compensation: $60/hr C2C

Overview
Santcore Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst with strong BigCommerce experience to support our clientβs eCommerce and ERP initiatives. This role blends technical expertise (50β70%) with business-facing communication skills to ensure seamless execution of projects that impact shopping cart workflows, dual purchasing, and ERP integrations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in cross-functional teams, and can effectively translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Gather, analyze, and document requirements for eCommerce and ERP enhancements.
β’ Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
β’ Support BigCommerce platform processes, particularly shopping carts, purchasing workflows, and ERP integrations.
β’ Collaborate with ERP and finance teams to align eCommerce operations with backend systems.
β’ Track project milestones, escalate blockers, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
β’ Manage requirements, user stories, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
β’ Recommend and implement process improvements in eCommerce and ERP systems.
β’ Translate technical challenges into business-friendly communication for leadership and end-users.
Required Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or eCommerce-focused projects.
β’ Hands-on experience with BigCommerce (mandatory).
β’ Solid understanding of eCommerce workflows (shopping carts, dual purchasing, ERP integration).
β’ Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
β’ Strong experience in milestone tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
β’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience working in finance, financial services, or membership-based organizations.
β’ Professional certifications (BA, Agile, Scrum, or related) are a plus.
