Hourly rate: £31-37 (40hrs per week)
We’re partnering with a leading global technology company, seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their compliance and operations team. You’ll play a key role in IT governance, supplier chain compliance, and asset management, while driving process optimisation and data integrity.
What you’ll do
• Analyse IT asset data, identify process improvements, and support system enhancements.
• Work with datasets from multiple sources, validating and combining them for actionable insights.
• Document business processes, create SOPs, and develop clear workflows.
• Use process mapping tools to simplify and communicate complex operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions to compliance and governance challenges.
• Support IT governance through operational tasks, documentation, and project delivery.
What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis within compliance, operations, or data-focused environments.
• SQL – able to read and understand queries (3–4 years).
• Tableau – strong understanding of data visualisation and dashboards.
• Process mapping – proficiency with Visio or similar tools.
• Project management – proven experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent documentation skills – able to clearly define business problems and articulate justifications for decisions.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, privacy, and data regulations in Europe.
Preferred background: Experience in engineering or financial analytics industries.
