Business Analyst (AI / Analytics) Location - Colombus OH Minimum - 10 years of experience Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong AI/analytics exposure to bridge business stakeholders, data science teams, and engineering. This role focuses on driving AI-enabled transformation initiatives such as process automation, predictive analytics, intelligent decisioning, and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will combine core BA expertise (requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process modeling) with a solid understanding of AI/ML, NLP/LLMs, and analytics-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions (e.g., prediction, classification, NLP use cases) Collaborate with business, data science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions Define data requirements, validate AI outputs, and interpret model results for business impact Map and optimize business processes, supporting automation and efficiency gains Lead UAT, ensure business alignment, and manage stakeholder communication Maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries) and ensure compliance with governance standards Required Skills: 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong Agile and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of ML concepts, NLP/LLMs, predictive analytics, and AI use cases Ability to translate complex AI outputs into clear, business-friendly insights Experience collaborating with data scientists and AI/engineering teams Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Experience in BFSI or regulated environments
