Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract: through 06/2026, opportunity for extension
The Technical Business Analyst position will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence β Supply Chain solutions. This will require an end-to-end understanding of each solutions business context, architecture, data requirements, and how those work together to meet the customerβs needs.
Responsibilities:
β’ Can manage multiple requests and keep track of deadlines.
β’ Takes initiative and ownership of tasks.
β’ Willing to provide suggestions on areas of process improvement.
β’ Able and willing to understand business needs.
β’ Someone that enjoys solving problems/puzzles and diving into the data.
β’ Personable - works well with others, can communicate to others.
β’ Communication β can clearly draft release notes, engineering test cases, and support documentation
β’ SQL skills - troubleshooting of dashboards, troubleshooting queries when users get unexpected results, testing queries I or teammates create.
β’ Attention to detail - with the data models and solutions we upkeep being able to make changes and thoroughly review that they work as expected is key.
β’ Experience with large datasets.
β’ Willingness and excitement over working with new technologies as they arise - for example, being okay with working in web applications or generative AI or other technologies as they become available.

β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
β’ Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across cross functional teams over multiple geographic locations.
