Business Analyst - (ACBS/Wholesale Lending/Banking/Fintech)

I am hiring for, Role: Business Analyst (ACBS) – Wholesale Lending Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (ACBS) to join our client’s Wholesale Lending Technology team. This role will support the transformation of the Wholesale Lending Transaction Cycle, covering Syndicated Lending, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Lending. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT teams, and SMEs to gather and analyze business requirements. • Define end-to-end architecture and functional specifications to support delivery projects. • Support project test phases, including test environment preparation, defect investigation, and resolution. • Contribute to implementation planning, data migration, and successful deployment activities. • Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor junior team members and provide subject matter expertise in ACBS. Key Skills & Experience • Strong Business Analysis and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience with ACBS application. • Knowledge of Wholesale Lending processes (syndicated lending, portfolio & corporate lending). • Proficiency with MS Office and documentation skills. • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Experience in Agile environments. • Understanding of XML and MQ messaging. • Wholesale Banking back-office operations knowledge.
