• Key Responsibilities

Map and optimize business processes for efficiency and scalability.
Leverage Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent, user-centric solutions.
Support change management and ensure alignment with business goals.
Contribute to agile delivery cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
