This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and automation using Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing intelligent workflows and driving digital transformation across our organization. • Key Responsibilities • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across departments. Act as a strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps. Map and optimize business processes for efficiency and scalability. Leverage Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent, user-centric solutions. Support change management and ensure alignment with business goals. Contribute to agile delivery cycles and cross-functional collaboration. • Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on expertise with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse. Familiarity with AI Builder and Copilot Studio for intelligent automation. Strong understanding of requirement gathering and documentation best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments.
