Business Analyst – AFS to ACBS Conversion & Modernization

Locations : McLean VA , Chicago IL , Dallas TX Role Summary:The Business Analyst will work closely with business SMEs, technology teams, and vendor partners to capture, validate, and manage requirements for the migration of loan servicing from AFS to ACBS. The role includes defining functional and non-functional requirements, supporting data mapping, and ensuring end-to-end business readiness for the modernized platform. Key Responsibilities:- Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements for commercial loan servicing in ACBS- Collaborate with SMEs to capture current-state AFS processes and define ACBS target-state processes- Define business-driven and technical non-functional requirements (NFRs)- Support data mapping, transformation rules, and data quality validation between AFS and ACBS- Work with solution architects and tech leads to define integration touchpoints and dependencies- Create end-to-end scenarios, including positive and negative test cases, for UAT and conversion validation- Maintain requirements traceability from business requirements to technical design and testing- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners Required Skills:- Strong understanding of AFS and ACBS loan servicing processes- Experience in large-scale core lending system migrations- Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, and reconciliation- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills- Agile delivery experience preferred Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): What is your Work Authorization / VISA Status - Citizen / EAD -GC / OPT , H1B , L2 EAD , H4 EAD ?
