Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze data using SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools to derive actionable insights.
Create visualizations and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to communicate findings effectively.
Participate in Agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Design and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Develop process maps and workflows using Visio to illustrate current and future state processes.
Utilize analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Experience
Proven experience in business analysis with a strong emphasis on data analysis skills.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
Understanding of database design principles and ETL processes is essential.
Experience with VBA or Bash (Unix shell) scripting is a plus.
