Position: Business Analyst (NetSuite ERP) β Remote (EST Hours)

Location: 100% Remote (must work EST zone hours)
Contract: 6 months (likely extension to 12 months)
Rate: $60/hour (C2C)
Status: Open to all work authorizations
Interview: Preset slots on Thursday & Friday (after 11AM EST)

Overview
Santcore Technologies is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst (NetSuite ERP) to support one of our leading clients in their ERP and eCommerce transformation initiatives. This role requires a balance of strong technical ERP/NetSuite expertise (50β70%) and strong stakeholder-facing business analysis skills. The successful candidate will help bridge technology and business needs by gathering requirements, supporting system workflows, optimizing ERP integrations, and ensuring smooth eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
β’ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating needs into actionable requirements.
β’ Hands-on work with NetSuite ERP: purchasing workflows, dual purchasing, shopping carts, and ERP integration.
β’ Support and streamline ERP and eCommerce workflows; identify process improvements.
β’ Manage milestone tracking, status reporting, and escalation of issues/blockers.
β’ Utilize Jira and Confluence for project documentation, issue tracking, and backlog management.
β’ Communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP and purchasing processes with business goals.
Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
β’ Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required).
β’ Strong exposure to ERP workflows and eCommerce processes (shopping carts, purchasing, ERP integration).
β’ Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
β’ Proven ability in requirements gathering, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Experience in finance, financial services, or membership organizations (preferred).
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize technical issues for business leadership.
β’ Must be located on the East Coast or available to work EST business hours.
Preferred Skills
β’ Techno-Functional BA experience.
β’ Strong ERP integration knowledge.
β’ Certifications in ERP, Business Analysis, or Project Management (preferred, not required).
