Job Description: • As a Business Analyst / Data Analyst, you will collect, process, and analyze data to produce high-quality insights that drive business performance. You will collaborate closely with various departments—including operations, product development, sales, and leadership—to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend data-backed solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies • Create clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders • Develop and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor business performance • Partner with business units to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction • Support the design and execution of A/B tests and other quantitative experiments • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence • 4+ years of business analyst experience • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases • Strong skills in at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, macros) • Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques • Excellent communication skills for translating data into actionable recommendations • Experience with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery) • Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis • Requirements gathering and documentation skills through interviews, surveys, and workshops • Process modeling and improvement experience (flowcharts, UML, BPMN) • Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities using data to balance risks and opportunities US Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
