Role: Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Management
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Rate: $55–$60/hr
Overview:
Lead strategic initiatives to improve wealth management platforms, drive digital transformation, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance client experience and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and design solutions for investment advisory, onboarding, and portfolio systems.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams to align business and digital goals.
Analyze client behavior and product data to support decision-making.
Manage UAT, change management, and post-launch reviews.
Assist with regulatory and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
10–20 years in business analysis, preferably in wealth management or private banking.
Strong knowledge of investment products, client lifecycle, and capital markets.
Experience with Agile, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
