Business Analyst Helthcare/financial/data Analyst W/ Invoice Reconciliation, Accrual Tracking 100% Remote Contract to Hire Onsite in Dallas, TX

We have a 6-12+ month contract with opportunity for extension and conversion, for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in healthcare-focused business process and financial/data analysis, who can quickly step in to manage high-volume invoice reconciliation, accrual tracking, and vendor coordination. They bring strong Excel and analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, meeting close deadlines, and maintaining strong financial controls. This role is ON SITE in either Dallas or Tampa. MUST HAVES: • Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of business process analysis, preferably healthcare (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements) or claims payment/analysis experience. • Knowledge of managed care information systems and experience in benefits, pricing, contracting or claims preferred. • Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies preferred.
