Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
