Business Analyst I (Salesforce)

This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $104,000 to $114,400 annually • 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) Responsibilities • Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities. • Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development. • Partner with architects, developers, and QA teams to design and test Salesforce integrations with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. • Support system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines. • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
