β’ The Enterprise Data Services (EDS) team delivers a centralized data and analytics platform that provides advanced data migration and analytics solutions for our customers. We work with state-of-the-art technologies that are part of the next generation data ecosystem, which includes tools used for data storage, data processing, data integration, data lakes, data warehousing, and data analytics.
β’ We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in workflow automation using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying manual processes that can be automated and collaborating with developers to implement these solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
β’ In this role, you will help develop processes and procedures for new and existing product offerings, understand customer pain points, and work with the product owners to convert them into requirements and solutions. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Data Architects, Product Owners, Design Engineers and Developers in a rapidly evolving environment. This role will be instrumental in shaping customer relationship/engagement, business improvement, product marketing and support of emerging product development.

β’ Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
β’ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs.
β’ Design and implement workflows using ServiceNow.
β’ Collaborate with developers to automate identified processes.
β’ Conduct testing and validation of automated solutions.
β’ Provide training and support to end-users on new systems.
β’ Monitor and report on the performance of automated processes.
β’ Work with Product Owners to convert customer requirements into product features and stories.
Required Experience:
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
β’ Proven experience in creating and managing workflows using ServiceNow.
β’ Experience in identifying and automating manual processes.
β’ Experience converting customer requirements into product features and stories.
β’ Familiarity with cloud technologies, AWS Services and cloud data security
β’ Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data mesh, data movement, data governance, data catalog, data lake, data AI analytics, data analytics workbench, data access management, data visualization and reporting.
β’ US Citizenship is required
Key Skills:
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and tools.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
β’ Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.

β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
