Business Analyst III - Procurement M&A Integration Location: 100% remote Duration: 11+ months Role Overview Join • • • Global Procurement and Sourcing team as a Senior Business Analyst partnering with the Procurement M&A Sr. Manager to integrate acquired companies' supply bases. Manage end-to-end data-driven transitions, minimize disruptions, and drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Real Estate, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Security. Key Responsibilities • Identify shared/net-new suppliers and develop prioritized transition plans with acquired companies and internal teams • Drive supplier and Contingent Worker transitions collaborating with Purchasing Operations and Strategic Sourcing • Manage large datasets, status reports, stakeholder communications, and synergy target tracking • Respond rapidly to service/business disruptions and maintain strong cross-functional relationships Must-Have Requirements • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years in operational roles, business consulting, client service, or program/project management • Direct M&A integration experience • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency (Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data management) • Proven troubleshooting skills with strong written/oral communication • Self-motivated with initiative to manage day-to-day work independently Preferred Qualifications • Procure-to-pay (P2P) process knowledge • Supplier contracts expertise • Salesforce platform familiarity • Project management certification (PMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) Your Impact Success measured by seamless procurement integrations, minimized disruptions, and effective stakeholder alignment.
