You'll play a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide strategic reporting capabilities, with a strong focus on portfolio, resource, and financial management analytics. Your work will modernize legacy systems, influence key decision-making processes, and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and delivery of advanced reporting solutions aligned with enterprise standards • Transform legacy Demand and Capacity reports into scalable, standardized tools • Provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders through intuitive dashboards • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategic transformation • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with offshore development resources • Document technical/business requirements, process flows, and test plans • Support Agile ceremonies; develop user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and lead analytics-related decision-making Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field • 7+ years in analytics, data science, or enterprise reporting in large corporate settings • Expertise in business analytics and dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy • Strong SQL and data modeling skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics projects • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship Nice-to-Have Experience: • Master’s degree in a related field • Experience with enterprise transformation programs • Familiarity with Clarity PPM, Workday, and financial/resource systems • Background in insurance or financial services • Leadership in business analysis, process improvement, and team mentoring Required Skills: • Business intelligence development (Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy) • SQL and data modeling • Cross-functional project leadership Preferred Skills: • Data storytelling and executive presentations • Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and methodology • Mentoring and team leadership experience • Financial data analysis and reporting • Semantic layer design Additional Skills: • Problem-solving and quantitative analysis • Time management and prioritization • Process documentation • Stakeholder negotiation and collaboration • Understanding of financial accounting/reporting principles Benefits: • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans • 401k Retirement Fund About the Client: Leading financial services company offering life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance, retirement planning, and annuities.
