Here’s what sets us apart: • Purpose-driven culture - be part of a mission that truly matters • Opportunity to make real impact - influence high-level decisions and major system transformation • Collaborative, caring environment - work with passionate people who live our values: Care, Quality, Service, and Value • Professional growth - gain exposure to high-profile projects and future progression across our global group What you’ll be doing As Our New Business Analyst, You’ll • Lead discovery work across the business to map out and analyse current processes • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels - from front-line teams to senior leaders - across the UK and internationally • Play a central role in shaping the future of our HRIS and payroll systems across four strategic business units • Run workshops, gather clear business requirements, and assess whether systems should be unified or kept separate • Help us move away from fragmented systems and toward smarter, scalable solutions • Support change and communications efforts to ensure smooth adoption across the business • Collaborate with teams including IT, People, Education and Legal to ensure everything aligns with our organisational goals What you’ll bring • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Expertise in HRIS/payroll systems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP or Dayforce • A strong grasp of GDPR, data privacy, and system integration best practices • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels • Experience with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum - and familiarity with tools like Prince2 or BCS/ISEB qualifications Please note: We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
