Role description
12+ month contract, 4x per week onsite for our insurance client in Boston, MA.
We’re seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to support key digital, policy, and claims initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, eCommerce, and third-party integrations such as LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, and CLUE.
• Knowledge of Web Services and APIs, including SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, REST API testing tools, and SOAP UI
• Ability to apply structured analysis: object modeling, ER modeling, state transition diagrams, and workflow mapping
• Experience supporting digital/web-based applications and interactive user experiences
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Data management experience and working knowledge of MS SQL preferred
