Role description
We are partnering with a Phoenix-based technology consulting firm to bring on a mid-level Project Manager for a contract to hire opportunity. This role supports external client engagements across multiple industries and is ideal for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience looking for hands-on exposure to system modernization and Microsoft based implementations. Youβll support 1-3 client projects at a time, helping organizations transition from manual or legacy processes into scalable technology solutions.
This role offers the chance to grow within a consulting style environment while working closely with experienced engineers and solution architects. Youβll work directly with clients at varying levels of technical maturity, from paper-based workflows to legacy systems, making each project different and impactful. You wonβt be expected to design systems on your own, but you will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Strong client exposure, learning opportunities, and a path to a full-time conversion make this a great next step for a mid-level Business Analyst.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 2β4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software or systems projects
β’ Experience in an MSP, consulting, or multi-client environment preferred
β’ Strong ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
β’ Exposure to Microsoft-based platforms and solutions
β’ Working knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC processes
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
β’ Scrum Master exposure or experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
β’ Experience supporting modernization or system implementation projects
β’ Exposure to legacy systems or highly manual business processes
β’ Comfortable working closely with technical teams and architects
β’ Local to Phoenix, AZ with flexibility for occasional onsite client visits
